Module: Logistics & Regional Scope

We focus our operations solely on the Hong Kong market to ensure the highest level of logistical efficiency. This localized approach allows us to manage our inventory and transport systems effectively, adhering to the following timelines:

  • Order Processing: Once an order is placed, our team requires 1 business day for internal packaging and logistical preparation.
  • Transit Duration: Following the processing phase, the delivery typically takes another 1 to 2 business days to reach your specified address. So, the total delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time while the product remains in our possession. However, once the item has been dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, the delivery process must be completed.
  • Payment Method: We operate exclusively through a Cash on Delivery (COD) system. This means the full transaction occurs at your doorstep upon receipt of the items. We do not require any digital payment at the time of checkout, ensuring a straightforward exchange.
  • Service Fees: We believe in honest pricing. There are no hidden charges, and we do not apply any shipping costs to your order. The price you see on the website is the final amount collected by our delivery personnel.

Our 30-day return policy begins on the day your order is delivered. We accept returns or exchanges specifically for products that are received in a damaged state, incorrect items, or instances where there is a significant misfit.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds based on a change of mind; therefore, we encourage you to be certain of your selection before finalizing your purchase .

  • Reporting an Issue: If your item meets the eligibility criteria for a return, please email support@solevasper.com . We will arrange a complimentary pickup at no expense to you.
  • Inspection Period: Once the returned item reaches our facility, our team conducts a thorough inspection within 24 hours to verify the condition.
  • Resolution: If the inspection confirms the issue, we will arrange a replacement. In cases where the item is beyond repair or currently unavailable, we will initiate a full refund.
  • Refund Process: Since we operate via COD, we do not possess your banking details. We will contact you via email to request the necessary information for a bank transfer.
  • Timeline: Once the transfer is initiated, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your specific banking provider’s processing times.
  • Restocking: We do not apply any restocking fees for returned items that meet our eligibility requirements.
