Solevasper operates exclusively within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region . Our logistics network is optimized to serve all districts across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to locations outside of these specified boundaries.

By focusing our resources solely on the local market, we can maintain strict control over our delivery timelines and ensure that every pair of shoes reaches its destination in excellent condition. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or areas that are inaccessible by standard courier services.

Pricing Transparency

We believe that the price you see on our website should be the final amount you pay. To maintain this commitment to transparency, Solevasper provides free delivery on every order placed through our platform. There are no hidden fees, administrative charges, or unexpected costs added at checkout.

We do not implement a minimum purchase requirement to qualify for this service. Whether you are ordering a single pair or multiple items, the shipping is entirely on us. This approach eliminates the complexity of calculating rates and ensures a predictable shopping experience for our community.

Payment on Delivery Protocol

To provide a secure and traditional transaction method, we operate strictly through a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. This means that no payment is required at the time of your online checkout. Instead, the full transaction occurs at the moment of delivery.

Dispatch Definition and Cancellation

  • Transit Phase: Once the item is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, the delivery process is officially underway. This phase typically spans an additional 1 to 2 business days .
  • Finality: Once the order has left our facility and is with the logistics team, it can no longer be cancelled. At this stage, the delivery must be completed as scheduled.
